REGISTRATION INFORMATION
2008/2009 SEASON
 
Part of the U12, U13, U14 Registration will be ON-LINE this year. Please watch your e-mail for instructions and the On-line Link. If you did not receive instructions by email by Tuesday, March 25th, please contact lamorindasoccer@aol.com. Families will also need to attend Registration Night on Thursday, March 27th to turn in forms with original signatures, photos, and a copy of the birth certificate. Payments are made via credit card on-line. Registration is at the Miramonte High School Cafeteria from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

  • Two 1”X1” pictures of player’s face

  • 2 Copies of birth certificates

Notes:  All registrations will be in the Miramonte High School Cafeteria from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm with a parent meeting from 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm

 2008 - 09  Registration and Club Parent Meetings are Set: 
  •         Thursday, March 20th:  U10 and U11
  •         Wednesday, March 26th:  U8 and U9
  •         Thursday, March 27th:  U12, U13, and U14
  •         Thursday, May 15th:  U15 and up
 
Registration is from 7:00 - 8:00 pm  and the Club Parent Meetings are from 8:00 - 9:00 pm at the Miramonte High School Cafeteria
